Civic Development - Vaksince (CDV) based in v. Vaksince, municipality of Lipkovo is a civil (non-governmental, non- political, non-profit and non-partisan) organization, which operates according to the model "Allocation of responsibility" and "Circle system" that are used by renowned European organizations. CDV from the village of Vaksince was registered in 2008 (registration number - 6436757/2008) and as per the work program is about to work on in the improvement of social capacities in many areas of life, where according to the character and program goals, has focused on these areas: - Protection and promotion of human rights and freedoms, - Conflict resolution - Promoting environmental awareness, - Economic Development - Euro - integration,
