To save the planet, to save the future – SAVE US!

The overall objective of the project was to provide knowledge to young people from basic and high schools about the various opportunities for protection and conservation of the world around us, the planet Earth and Space. Young people were presented with a different view of garbage, which is not just a pollutant of the environment, but can also be used for producing of renewable energy. The development of the "green" economy offers opportunities to promote business entrepreneurship, which will protect and defend the planet and create a clean environment for future generations. The project explained to young people the different opportunities for transformation from negative production and use of energy to positive production of pure, renewable energy, that does not pollute the environment and protects nature. A Guide "Save the planet" for children of 11 to 14 years old in Macedonia and a Guide "Can waste become a business?" for children of 15 to 18 years old in Bulgaria were created. The printed training materials were on topics, related to waste; water, soil and air pollution and how to use them for rational production of renewable energy; Universe pollution; development of the "green" economy; opportunities to promote business entrepreneurship.
