CORRIGENDUM No: 1 to the CONTRACT NOTICE AND INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS

Subject: Construction works in Municipality of Rankovce within project "Common actions for flood prevention in the cross-border region

Location: Municipality of Rankovce, Republic of Macedonia

Based on the necessity of changing the procedure documents and according to the point 6 from Instructions to Tenderers, Municipality of Rankovce is modifying some aspects of the Instruction to Tenderers and Contact notice.

The  CONTRACT NOTICE  is corrected or modified as follow:

Point n°: 14a. paragraph 2

Instead of: “The candidate must have a valid insurance "Professional liability" under Art. 42a par. 2 of Law for construction or equivalent.

Read: “The candidate must have a valid insurance "Professional liability" under Art. 41a of Law for construction or equivalent”.

Point n°: 14a. paragraph 5

Instead of : certified copy of the valid insurance "Professional liability" under Art. 42a par. 2 of Law for construction or equivalent.

Read: certified copy of the valid insurance "Professional liability" under Art. 41a  of  Law for construction or equivalent.

Point n°: 14b paragraph 4

Instead of: Team leader - Master's degree, in engineering sciences. Work experience – at least 1 project of the same nature as the works concerned by the tender: cleaning the rivers beds and / or corrections of rivers

Read:  Team leader - Bachelor degree, in engineering sciences. Work experience – at least 1 project of the same or similar nature

The INSTRUCTION  TO  TENDERERS  is corrected or modified as follow:

Point n°: 8.3. paragraph 8

Instead of : Team leader - Master's degree, in engineering sciences. Work experience – at least 1 project of the same nature as the works concerned by the tender: cleaning the rivers beds and / or corrections of rivers

Read: Team leader - Bachelor's degree, in engineering sciences. Work experience – at least 1 project of the same or similar nature

Additionally in the point 8 new paragraphs will be added:

8.7       The tenderers have to provide License B for construction, issued form the chambers of architectures and engineers or any other relevant institution.  

8.8       Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount will be requested after the notification of award of successful tenderer.

All other terms and conditions of the contract notice remain unchanged. The above alterations and /or corrections to the contract notice are integral part of the contract notice
