Относно: Извършване на строителни работи на площадката "Изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност в сградата на общината, град Рила, финансиран по проект  CB006.1.11.103

Местоположение: Община Рила, Република България

Въз основа на необходимостта от промяна на документите за процедурата и в съответствие с точка 6 от указания за оферентите, община Рила е модифицирала някои части на тръжната документация.

Обявлението за тръжната процедура се коригира или променя, както следва:

Point n°: 14a. Economic and financial capacity of candidate, paragraph 2

Instead of:

The evidences of economic and financial capacity have to be furnished by the following documents:

• presentation of balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets for a period equal to the last three years for which accounts have been closed / last year, year-2, year-3/.
• a confirming reference/certificate from the bank.

1.         It must be a duly registered firm or natural person in accordance with the Law of Bulgarian Construction Chamber, approved to implement works of group II, IV category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4, letter “a” from SPL and Art. 8, para.1, item 1 from Ordinance № 1/ 30 July 2003 for the nomenclature of types of construction or equivalent.

Всички други срокове и условия на тръжната документация остават непроменени. Посочените по-горе промени и / или корекции и допълнителни документи към тръжните документи са неразделна част от документацията за участие.

Поправката е на разположение за проверка в община Рила, пл. Възраждане 1, 2630 Рила и са публикувани на следните интернет страници.:

Модификациите не са от съществено значение и крайния срок за подаване на оферти няма да бъде продължен.

Тръжната процедура е в рамките на изпълнението на проекта "Съвместни инвестиции в енергийна ефективност", референтен № CB006.1.11.103 с финансова помощ от Интеррег - ИПП Програма за ТГС България - Македония програма 2014 - 2020.

Корекциите и допълнителните документи към тръжните документи са приложени ТУК
