CORRIGENDUM No: 1 to the CONTRACT NOTICE AND INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS - Tender Procedure - Publication Ref: CB006.1.11.103 -02/Works/PP1

Subject: Execution of works on the site “Implementing energy efficiency measures in the municipality building, the town of Rila, funded under project No CB006.1.11.103

Location: Municipality of Rila, Republic of Bulgaria

Based on the necessity of changing the procedure documents and according to the point 6 from Instructions to Tenderers, Municipality of Rila is modifying some aspects of the Tender dossier.

The CONTRACT NOTICE is corrected or modified as follow:

Point n°: 14a. Economic and financial capacity of candidate, paragraph 2

Instead of:

The evidences of economic and financial capacity have to be furnished by the following documents:

• presentation of balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets for a period equal to the last three years for which accounts have been closed / last year, year-2, year-3/.
• a confirming reference/certificate from the bank.

Instead of:

1.         It must be a duly registered firm or natural person in accordance with the Law of Bulgarian Construction Chamber, approved to implement works of group II, IV category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4, letter “a” from SPL and Art. 8, para.1, item 1 from Ordinance № 1/ 30 July 2003 for the nomenclature of types of construction or equivalent.

All other terms and conditions of the tender documentation remained unchanged. The above changes and / or corrections and additional documents  to the tender documents are an integral part of the tender documentation.

The Corrigendum is available for inspection at Municipality of Rila, 2630 Rila, 1 Vazrajdane Sqr., 2630 Rila and published on following websites:

The modifications are not essential and the deadline for tenders submission will not be prolonged.

 The tender procedure is under the implementation of project “Joint investments in energy effectiveness”, reference № CB006.1.11.103 with financial assistance from the Interreg - IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria – the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia Programme 2014 - 2020.
