Online training for the project management team members

Online training for the Macedonian management team members of projects funded under the Second call for project proposals - reserve list was held on the 17 and 18 March 2021 under platform Zoom. In the presence of 18 members of the project management team, representatives of the National Authority, First Level Control and Joint Secretariat elaborated the technical and financial project implementation, monitoring, communication and visibility, contracting procedures, electronic system for exchange of documents and information, verification of expenditure by controllers, irregularities and other relevant issues.

During the training the project management team members had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the project implementation.
